You can even take notes directly in the app on the session pages, so if you forget a pen or paper (or you just don’t want to carry them), you can still jot down anything you need to remember!
Network and connect
F
ill out your personal profile to include as much, or as little, infor- mation as you like. You can create
a public profile, visible to other attend- ees, which connects to your social media or LinkedIn account, includes your bio and contact information, and even enables you to upload a photo. You can also message other attend-
ees through the app. Through the Activity Feed you can see what others are posting about the symposium, and all posts using the hashtag #2019ITS will be featured on the “Social Wall” for all attendees to see.
n the app under “speakers” you can find every speaker and presenter who will be at #2019ITS. They are listed in alphabetical order by last name, and each speaker profile contains their bio, where they will be presenting, and their contact information. You can peruse the speakers before- hand and bookmark who you would love to see, or use the app to follow up with a particular speaker while at the symposium, and even contact them with follow up questions! Exhibitors are also listed in the app by name and category, making it easy to contact them to find out more about their products, or collaborate with them on a future project. The app will tell you exactly which booth they are in, and even take you to a map of the exhibit hall showing their location!
