IN ACTION
Here are pictures of an ITT removable bundle heat exchanger that had 4 tubes plugged by others and the customer wanted us to replace the tubes. The team at Radiator Services in Louisiana had some trouble removing one of the tubes because it was bent in the shell. But David Bienvenu was able to modify a tube puller to reach deep into the tube. He pulled it part ways out then used the mast on our forklift and the hydraulic tilt to pull it out 6” at a time. Sometimes, you just need to think outside of the box!
Here’s a recent job from the team at GT Automotive Center in Ambler, Pennsylvania. They serviced a Cummins generator radiator originally made by Bearward.

Here’s a look at NARSA/IDEA member Industrial Radiator Service’s backyard with downtown Dallas in the background. Industrial Radiator’s team recently worked on 2 blue horizontal framing radiators and a silver framework of a framing cube radiator in the background. All coolers removed from cube for service.
