Crawford Radiator Recognized by 4-H


WYATT AND MELISSA CRAWFORD were both honored at the South Plains District 2 banquet for being distinguished leaders in November 2021. Wyatt and Melissa have been volunteering with 4-H since their children started 4-H in 2010. Wyatt is a certified archery coach for 4-H, and Melissa has been VP of the County Parent Leaders Association for 3 years and a club manager for several years. Both of their kids were active in 4-H and won several state championships and two national championships during their time. “It’s a wonderful organization that offers a variety of projects,” said Melissa Crawford. “Our children were involved in photography, archery, rifle shooting, fashion & interior design, soil judging, goats, food & nutrition, consumer decision making, and public speaking.”


Diesel USA Founders Award Recognition


THE DIESEL USA GROUP would like to take a moment to recognize our newest Founder’s Award winner: Gary Lytle.


Gary Lytle was recently recognized during Diesel USA Group’s annual corporate Christmas party. Diesel USA began this tradition 21 years ago where all Associates had the opportunity to nominate the one person who, during the preceding year, best exemplified the eight traits, or tenets, of the company’s founder, Lloyd A. Bailey.


Those tenets are: Leadership, Ingenuity, Dedication, Loyalty, Pride, Integrity,Courage and Compassion.


This year’s Founder’s Award recipient was nominated for displaying compassion to all, even when they were dealing with a frustrating situation. Gary is always willing to help in any way needed, and he is always in a good mood and makes peoples’ days better.
