Arvest Bank promoted several branch managers in the Springfield region. Branch sales managers Kristin Barton (Marshfield), Angela Fuller (Lebanon), Liliana Lopez Garcia (Aurora) and Andrea Westerhold (Branson) were promoted to vice president. Each has more than 10 years of banking experience and is actively involved
in serving their respective communities. Branch sales manager Kandace Plott was promoted to assistant vice president. Based in Hollister, she has been with Arvest for nearly a decade.
Sherry Wahle Brenden Brinker
Bank of Washington has announced two staff promotions. In her new role as senior vice president of retail lending, Sherry Wahle leads the bank’s retail lending team and growing and developing that side of the bank. She joined the bank in 1997 and
has more than 35 years of total banking experience, all concentrated on lending. In his new role as a retail lender, Brenden Brinker works directly with customers on personal loans, car loans, land loans, home loans and more. He joined the bank in 2016 in the retail department and participated in the bank’s internship program for two terms during college. He worked at a mortgage company aſter college before rejoining the bank in 2021 as a retail lending associate.
Gina Brumbaugh Leslie Arnold
Community Bank of Raymore recently promoted several staff members. Gina Brumbaugh was promoted to senior vice president. She is a key team member of the bank’s operations department and has been with the bank since 1994. Leslie Arnold was promoted
to senior vice president/trust officer. She has been with the bank for 16 years, exclusively working in the trust department.
Jeremy Mansur Jessica Williams
Jeremy Mansur was promoted to assistant vice president. He has developed banking knowledge in all departments since joining the bank in 2011. A graduate of MBA’s Banking Leadership Missouri, Mansur serves as a trust officer for the bank’s
trust department. Jessica Williams was promoted to assistant vice president of the Peculiar facility. She began her career with the bank in March 2006.
Brad Roling Erin Larimore
Mid America Bank named Brad Roling as market president – Columbia. Roling is responsible for developing new business, as well as maintaining and servicing the bank’s existing loan and depository portfolio in the Columbia market. He also
leads the bank’s market presence through community involvement and new business development activities. Roling has more than 10 years of banking experience. Erin Larimore has joined the Jefferson City bank as assistant vice president treasury management support specialist. She is responsible for sales, administration and development of the bank’s treasury management products and services, as well as digital banking solutions. Larimore has more than 14 years of banking experience.

Blake Miller recently joined the accounting team atOMB in Springfield as vice president and controller. He has nearly a decade of banking and accounting experience. Tiffany Wittum was promoted to assistant vice president and senior branch manager. She oversees the retail banking operations for OMB’s three Springfield branches. She joined OMB in 2021 and has nearly six years of banking experience. Beth Fleetwood was promoted to vice president and credit review manager. She joined OMB as a credit analyst in 2019 and has more than
eight years of banking experience. Mitchell Griesemer was promoted to assistant vice president and credit analyst II. He joined OMB in 2020 as a credit analyst and has nearly five years of banking experience.
