Missouri Bankers, Banks Honored at ABA Convention
Dan Robb, president and CEO of Jonesburg State Bank, was elected to serve as chair-elect of the American Bankers Association Board of Directors for 2021-2022. The vote on the slate of candidates for ABA officers and ABA board members was held at the association’s annual meeting in Tampa, Florida, in October.
Robb just completed a term as ABA vice chair, a position he was elected to in October 2020. He will serve as ABA chair in 2022-23 and would be the third Missouri banker to serve as ABA chair. Willis Alexander from Trenton served as ABA chair in 1968, and Jim Smith from Clinton served as ABA chair in 2001.
