Strategic Banking Talent Development/ Leadership in Action
Tese courses feature numerous opportunities for class participants to interact with their peers. One of the great benefits of Banking Leadership Missouri is the comradery that is established among
the group. Tese professional connections offer bankers a network to share ideas, address a particular issue or seek guidance … talks that all great leaders have with their fellow peers.
As with any program, there are opportunities to explore new directions. Te curriculum will differ from previous years and feature new presenters. Perhaps the biggest change, though, is the timeline for
the program. Te upcoming Banking Leadership Missouri program is transitioning from an 18-month course to a 12-month course. Te first class will begin this July at MBA’s 131st Annual Convention & Trade Show and will conclude with a graduation ceremony at the 2022 convention in June.
Class size is limited for Banking Leadership Missouri. For more details, visit

I’ve met many wonderful bankers throughout my tenure at MBA, and I’ve had the pleasure to watch their careers flourish. I am excited to see what the future holds for the next group of men and women leading our banking community!
