for First Bank of the Lake in Osage Beach. He manages the details of the compliance program, including evaluating compliance-related policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with all regulations. He also identifies, analyzes and mitigates internal and external risks. Monson joined the bank in December 2020 and has more than eight years of banking


experience. Jessica Myers was named retail bank manager for First Bank of the Lake.

She leads and manages the performance of the retail team, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience and overseeing the daily operation of the retail branch. She also manages the online banking products and treasury management services. Myers has more than 14 years of banking experience and seven years of experience as a branch manager.
