This presentation will explore how the collective transformation of enslaved Africans into a community marked by resistance, persistence, and transcendence, have much to teach all believers who struggle in a world and in a culture enslaved by fear, violence, polarization and a loss of hope. The water of passage is the water of rebirth where we can learn after that sacred immersion, to "walk together and not get weary."
