BOB GILBERT KATHY DREW Andy Mills, whose
tenure spans 41 years in the foodservice industry, will assume the role of executive vice president, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives. Most recently, Mills served as director of multi-unit sales for Reinhart Foodservice/Performance Foodservice in Valdosta, Georgia. Previously, Mills held various roles with PYA, Monarch, Inc., US Foods and Hawk, Inc.
Dan Hawk will continue as CEO and chair of the Hawk, Inc. Board of Directors. Jeremy Hawk and Mills have also been appointed to the Hawk, Inc. board. These key leadership shifts are intended to strategically position the company for long-term local and regional market growth as Hawk strives to continue elevating its brand in the foodservice industry. “I’m excited about the addition of Andy to the Hawk team and the new growth potential he and Jeremy can bring to the company in their new roles,” Dan Hawk said. “Hawk, Inc. has a great

Structural Concepts Structural Concepts, a manufacturer of turnkey refrigerated and heated food displays, has added Matt Rigney as an eastern regional sales manager.
Rigney has 25 years of experience in the foodservice industry and he most recently spent six years in sales roles at Panasonic North America. He has also worked at VerTerra, Inc., and in sales and marketing for Sysco.
TriMark USA TriMark’s Kathy Drew is joining the dealer’s Chief Growth Offi ce team as vice president of Supply America and group purchasing organizations (GPO). Drew joined TriMark in 2018 and previously served as vice president of
national accounts and senior director of corporate dining, healthcare, and hospitality for United East. In her new role, she will report to Chief Growth Offi cer Jennifer Galanis. “TriMark is extremely excited to have Kathy take on this new position for our organization,” Galanis said. “Her extensive foodservice background, along with an incredible work ethic, strategic perspective and innate leadership abilities, will allow her to make a signifi cant impact on this business segment. Kathy is an incredible asset to the company, and I am truly honored that she has chosen to join our team.” Drew began her career in wholesale foodservice in 2005 as a Territory Manager for southern Maine, New Hampshire, and the north shore of Massachusetts at US Foods. After four years, she was promoted to senior healthcare account manager, where she accrued $18 million in annual sales. In 2014, Kathy joined Carlisle Foodservice, holding roles

as regional sales manager, director of strategic accounts and national director of healthcare. Elsewhere in the company, Bob Gilbert has retired from TriMark South after 48 years in the foodservice industry. Gilbert’s career began in Long Island, New York, as an electrician’s apprentice during the gas crisis in 1973. After losing his job, Gilbert followed his uncle Eric Hohn, co-owner of Industry Sales Inc., to Dallas, where he helped installers, learned to load and unload trucks, and handled dispatch and other operations at the company. Gilbert became a full-time employee of Industry Sales Inc. in 1975 and over the years he worked in the warehouse, as a service technician and then a salesman. He was there when Industry Sales Inc. merged with Strategic Equipment Co. in 2006, which itself became part of TriMark in 2013. Eventually, Gilbert became a sales manager, vice president of sales, and general manager, before being named TriMark South’s
