T e Vollrath Company Vollrath Company President and CEO Paul Bartelt has retired after leading the Wisconsin-based manufacturer for more than 15 years.


Erik Lampe joined the company in March to assume the position of president initially and will take over as CEO in June. He comes to Vollrath with a background in general management, strategic growth, innovation, and operational performance for industrial companies. “There comes a time for all of us to move on, and I feel confi dent that this is the right moment for me to transition to the next phase of my life,” Bartelt said. “It’s been the privilege of a lifetime to be the president and CEO of this great company, and with Erik, I am confi dent to leave the organization in the most competent hands.” Bartelt will remain on the Vollrath Board for the foreseeable future and will continue to provide support for the company and the new CEO. Additionally, Vice


President of Finance and CFO Steve Heun has decided to step down after 15 years with the company.


Tina Kreidler, Vollrath’s


current director of fi nance and controller, will be promoted to vice president of fi nance and will work closely with Heun until his departure this fall.


Vice President of Sales Dennis Park is retiring after serving the company and the industry for more than 35 years. Stepping into the role of leading the North American sales organization is Chris Kelm.


“Dennis’ contribution to


the growth and success of Vollrath over the last three and a half decades has been invaluable. He truly is an iconic fi gure in our industry,” said Brian Hedlund, senior vice president of Vollrath Foodservice – U.S. and Canada. “While Dennis is about to enjoy his well- earned retirement, we are excited to welcome Chris Kelm to Vollrath and leverage his valuable experience to grow our business further.” In his new position, Kelm


will provide continuity in leadership for the North American sales organization and manage the distribution strategy. He is responsible for directing, planning and developing sales activities


and establishing policies and objectives of the sales function to support the strategic objectives of the organization.


Welbilt Welbilt promoted Ryan Barlow to vice president of strategic accounts. In his new role, Barlow will lead and manage various key account customers for the Welbilt brand portfolio.


A trained chef, Barlow


joined Welbilt in 2007 to support regional customers throughout Florida working with a local manufacturers’ representative group. He transitioned to the Welbilt Corporate Culinary team and eventually moved into a global strategic account culinary support role. Since 2018, he has served as a key account manager and managed the Convotherm and Merrychef brands for a major global strategic account. “Career development has always been a focus for our team members,” Jo Heitzman, vice president of global Accounts, said. “Ryan brings a well-rounded background to this new role


that makes him well-suited to assume leadership among our current and future customers.”


Winholt Winholt hired Bryan Spencer as national accounts manager for its foodservice segment. He will be responsible for expanding the New York- based manufacturer’s presence with national and regional restaurant chains. He will also be tasked with growing foodservice sales in the Southeastern United States. Spencer has several years of foodservice industry and sales experience. Most recently, he was a senior account executive for Wholesail, a company that provides payment platforms to businesses. He also served as the director of business development for PRIDE Centric Resources and was the national sales manager for Taylor Precision Products.
