the order-to-cash cycle across TriMark’s diverse customer base, driving responsible credit policies and effi cient cash collections. Additionally, Hyacinth Vincent joined the Chicago team as the new senior master data management director. Vincent will lead TriMark’s master data management project, which is focused on getting the company’s data ready for enterprise resource planning implementations. She will work with the business technology teams to defi ne and govern TriMark’s data across product, customer and supplier domains. Scott MacKaben was named senior vice president of category management. He will be responsible for developing an industry-leading category management team. As senior vice president, he will be a member of the executive leadership team and will oversee category growth, profi tability, new product business development, global brand procurement, and other related operational elements.
The company also named new vice presidents for its SS Kemp and West branches. Eugene Cresta was

promoted to vice president for TriMark SS Kemp. He will lead the division’s private label efforts and oversee its territory sales, including disposable specialists and merchandising. Additionally, Cresta will foster day-to-day execution levels to grow sales, improve profi tability, increase future market shares, and supervise regional sales managers. Wendy Carniglia was
promoted to TriMark West’s regional vice president of national accounts. With 23 years of sales and operations experience in the foodservice industry, her expertise and leadership are expected to be crucial to ensuring the continued growth and success of the national accounts team at TriMark Orange County and TriMark West. She will also lead the facilities team at TriMark Orange Country and continue to impact sales revenue through lead-sharing efforts. Finally, TriMark hired Nishant Kumar as director of global sourcing. He has more than 20 years of experience in global sourcing and procurement functions, having worked internationally for merchandising companies such as IKEA and Walmart.
In his new role, Nishant will prioritize direct procurement for several of TriMark’s import programs, beginning with private label.
T&S Brass and Bronze Works T&S Brass and Bronze Works tapped Augusto Ricci to be the sales manager for Southern Europe. Working with T&S Brass’
European company, Klarco, Ricci will be responsible for managing and extending T&S and Klarco’s presence in Southern Europe by supporting existing customers, seeking new customers and markets and developing and maintaining close relationships with partners throughout the region.
“Augusto has a unique industry perspective and is well-versed in the Southern European foodservice industry,” said Nikolai Hinzer, sales manager for Europe. “His broad base of knowledge and his experience aligns with T&S’ commitment to solving problems for our customers, and we’re proud to welcome him to our team.”
