Reach 518 series Compact Telescopic Forklift Load Lifter Manufacturing introduces the Reach 518 series Compact Telescopic Forklift, equipped with a very roomy operator’s compartment and the latest ergonomic controls. Each 518 comes with auxiliary hydraulics and features a full range of attachments including a utility bucket with clamp and, of course, a standard 50-inch carriage with pallet forks to move skids of turf. The 518 is ideal for loading skids on pickup trucks or for moving soil with the quick attach bucket. The 518 compliments Load Lifter’s other popular forklifts already widely used in the turf industry. The Agri Lifter series forklift is available in 4,000 & 5,000 lbs. capacities and offers such turf-friendly options as floatation tires, the “Big Roll Carriage” and that low ground pressure growers appreciate so much. Its 2200 series forklift, with the “Twin Pak” turf handling attachment, easily handles the pallets produced by the latest high-volume automatic harvesters.

4 wheel Donkey Made to lay big rolls of sod, the 4 wheel Donkey can unload big rolls and pallets from the delivery truck. Lay big rolls of sod without driving over the laid roll. Transport the sod on the installation site and attach to the back of the 2 axle installation truck and go home with the installation crew. It is a lay machine with true truck-carried capability. And with the dual wheel rear axle, you get twice the tire footprint in back to spread out the weight of the forklift when driving over sod. The mounting kit allows mounting or dismounting the Donkey in less than a minute. Options include: big roll layer, fork positioner, wide load spacing or the Donkey Glide system. The Donkey Glide system smooths the ride of the forklift so a roll shaking off the pallet during travel is less of a problem. It also reduces stresses on the forklift and operator.

Now using only a single hydraulic function to activate the exclusive Pro Lift-N-Turn™ system, the operator can lift the decks just clear of the turf when turning at the headlands preventing the rollers from sliding, all done with the PTO still engaged. And this new feature can be fitted to older TDR-30G’s.
