G Rides Inc. specializes in making what we believe to be the finest
skid plates available for many models of Lamborghini. We believe that our skid plates are so fine, that we put our name on them and call them “G Plate.” We made our first G Plate in 2008 and have been working on per- fecting them ever since.
Despite many new Lamborghinis having a lift system, the underside of the front bumper is still very prone to skid and scrape damage. This damage may commonly be caused just by driving on steeper driveways, parking lot entrances and the like. A goal of a G Plate is to protect your front bumper from this by covering those areas so the G Plate is scraped, not your bumper.
At G Rides Inc., we design each G Plate in house using Computer Aided Design (CAD) and precisely machine each one on a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine specifically for each model of Lam- borghini, using the finest materials available. Another goal for our G Plates is to have them fit and function as if they were a factory part. One way we do this is by machining G Plates to accept factory hardware where available. This eases installation, maintains future serviceability of your Lamborghini, while improving overall fit and integration of the G Plates. Installation of a G Plate does not require the removal of the front
bumper, but we do recommend that the work be done on a lift by a pro- fessional.
