“ Fellow Lamborghini owner,
I AMPROUD TO WELCOME YOU TO ANOTHER ISSUE OF LAVITA Lamborghini, #34. In this issue we celebrate the diverse and ex- traordinary experience of Lamborghini ownership as well as the 50th anniversary of the iconic Miura.
EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCES Over the past couple years I have had the privilege of enjoying var- ious Lamborghini events in different areas of the country, and over time I have realized that the community is continuing on a path of steady growth and participation. Although some events are similar year to year, the Lamborghini factory events have expanded, and taken on new forms through driving experiences that you cannot get elsewhere. The Lamborghini winter driving school for example, a Lamborghini adventure on snow and ice with the latest Huracán and Aventador models prepped with studded Pirelli winter tires. So if you can make the trip for one of the Lamborghini driving ex- periences, I highly recommend it, they are all well organized and with classy accommodations.
THEMIURA50THANNIVERSARY
As it already has throughout the years and in many ways, the Miura takes the spotlight this year in celebration of 50 years since its debut at the 1966 Geneva Motor Show. This celebration started

here in America with the Amelia Island Concours, continued in Europe with the Miura 50 and Goodwood Concours, and is now back in America for the famous Monterey Car Week. In Monterey the Miura will be featured at The Quail Motorsports Gathering, Concorso Italiano, the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, and the Lamborghini Club Gala: Serata Italiana. Regarded by most as the world's birth of the modern supercar and one of the most beautiful postwar cars ever created, the Miura was and is an amazing accomplishment by a then young company and team of engineers and designers. The Lamborghini Miura is so significant in the car world that even collectors of other marques give high respect and attention to the model. With Miura production being approximately 762 units, it will be very exciting to see how many we are able to organize to be in Monterey for the Car Week!
Best regards,
