Recognized by CAI National Organization


CAI Illinois continues to be an award-winning chapter and received three National Achievement Awards for programs during 2023. The Chapter was recognized for:


• Careers in Community Association Management submission in the Public Affairs category o This submission described our efforts to educate potential new managers about the rewarding career as a Community Association Manager (CAM).


• DEI Initiative submission in the Leadership category o This submission described efforts related to creating a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Council.


• Best Net Growth o During 2023, CAI-IL achieved membership growth of 8.1%.


These achievements were recognized at the National Conference in Las Vegas on Friday, May 10, 2024. CAI should be collectively proud of our chapter achievements as we all work together to promote excellence in community associations.
