Everyone Needs to be IN SYNC

As we get ready to celebrate the 2024 Summer Olympic Games, we consider the lessons the Games provide for effective condominium management. While the actual time of each event is relatively limited, the investment of time and energy in the necessary preparation is extensive. The Olympic team events highlight for us the need for an effective strategy, open communication, collaboration and a disciplined focus on execution, i.e., winning the event.


No Olympic sport demonstrates these requisites for condominium and community management as much as rowing. If you have ever rowed a boat, you know the importance of the oars hitting the water in unison. The oars must hit the water at the same time for your boat to move forward. If one oar hits the water before the other, your boat will turn in circles.
