Thank you to all those who contributed to the ILAC Fundraiser. Your donations and kindness went a long way toward achieving ILAC’s fundraising goal. Visit cai-illinois.org for a complete list of contributors. CAI members and friends enjoyed a night of comedy at Zanies in Rosemont on May 11. The event was part of a fundraiser to help pay for the Illinois Legislative Action Committee’s lobbyist. Many companies and individuals donated silent auction items, bid on items, attended the comedy event, and contributed cash donations. The event was a huge success and will help ILAC and its lobbyist continue building credibility and presence in Springfield.


ILAC is the primary voice with legislators and regulators and speaks with one voice on state legislative and regulatory matters that affect community associations, community association managers and CAI business partners.


ILAC serves several important functions for the Chapter and its members in the following ways:
