HARTMANN PASSES THE GAVEL TO


WHELAN In her final official act as 2024 chapter president, Lynne Hartmann, CMCA, AMS, PCAM passed the gavel to the chapter’s 2025 president, Brendan Whelan, CIRMS.


Whelan, with Brown & Brown Insurance, becomes the fifth CAI Keystone president representing Brown & Brown Insurance, formerly known as Smith Insurance Associates, Inc., following in the footsteps of Roger Perrymore, Steve Smith, Sr., Steve Smith, Jr., and Brian Friel.
