Father, husband, coach, teacher; how does Mike Hall balance it all? 32 years ago, the love of football brought him to the career path of           coach his own kids. Mike and Kara Hall welcomed three beautiful children into this world, and their sports lives began.  your own kids, there is always a learning curve with that. Mike’s coaching career took him and his family across mid-Missouri


  support, encouragement and always a witty remark. Football created lifelong friendships, a forever “Hey Coach Hall” in a random place and years of learning about kids and what makes them respond.  I presume the challenges of coaching your own son far outweighed

most challenges the seasoned coach had faced before. If you are too easy on them, you are showing favoritism. If you push too  your kid and, quite frankly, with your wife. 

Adam, his youngest son, followed in Matthew’s footsteps and put on the pads and helmet as well. Adam said watching his dad coach -  coordinator, and I truly valued that because it is when I took the           
