Directors has appointed CFO James Noonan as the company’s new CEO. Noonan joined TriMark as CFO and has played a key role in advancing the company’s strategic priorities. Before joining TriMark, he served as CFO at Hollingsworth & Vose and previously held senior leadership positions, including vice president of operations and CFO at Suffolk Construction.


“On behalf of the board, I want to thank Terry for his leadership, strategic guidance, and contributions to TriMark,” Clough said. “During his tenure, Terry helped advance important priorities across our commercial teams, supply chain optimization, and technology enablement, strengthening the foundation for TriMark’s next phase of growth.”


Clough added that Noonan will work closely with the board and leadership team to ensure continuity while continuing to execute the company’s strategic priorities.

In a statement announcing his appointment, Noonan said TriMark remains focused on strengthening its leadership position across foodservice equipment, supplies, and services while continuing to deliver value to customers and stakeholders. He also emphasized the company’s commitment to its core business and building on its current momentum. Joining O’Brien in


retirement is Mike Guilday, who spent more than 40 years in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry. He was the director of the chemical division for TriMark Adams-Burch, which is based in Landover, Maryland. Guilday joined the company in 1996 and remained a part of Adams-Burch when it was acquired by TriMark in 2016. Before that, he was president of Avril Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of warewashing, laundry, and cleaning chemicals.


Vollrath The Vollrath Co. has promoted Andrew Cronau to corporate chef and product training manager. In his new position, Cronau will lead product training initiatives and support Vollrath University, helping bring the company’s products and capabilities to life for internal teams and culinary professionals across the country. “Andrew’s extensive industry knowledge and

leadership make him an excellent addition to our team,” said Christina Wegner, vice president of marketing at Vollrath. “His Vollrath product expertise, reputation for delivering engaging training, and ability to connect our solutions to real-world kitchen applications will continue to elevate our education and customer experiences across the organization.” Cronau brings extensive foodservice expertise and leadership to his new role, the company said. He previously was a sales account manager at Vollrath, where he built a reputation for forging strong customer relationships and driving strategic growth. Before joining the Wisconsin- based manufacturer, he held positions in sales management and kitchen management and also worked as a sous chef. “I’m thrilled to continue


my career journey at Vollrath and further contribute to a company with such a legacy of quality and innovation,” Cronau said. Cronau will train and support customers, dealers, distributors, and sales teams for Vollrath Foodservice and Stoelting Foodservice, both headquartered near Sheboygan, Wisconsin.


Welbilt Jennifer Voitek has joined Welbilt, an Ali Group company, as vice president, strategic accounts – chains and general market.


In her new role, Voitek will lead the development and execution of sales strategies across key account channels, including strategic dealers, chain accounts, manufacturers’ representative groups, and general market customers. She will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships, driving revenue growth, optimizing sales performance, and collaborating closely with Welbilt’s product management, marketing, culinary, service, and rep partner teams to deliver industry-leading solutions. Voitek brings more than a decade of sales leadership, channel development, sales enablement, and business growth experience within the foodservice industry to the FEDA manufacturer member. She has built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams, fostering strategic customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth, the company said in a news release. Most recently, Voitek served as vice president of sales at Curate, a foodservice manufacturers’ representative fi rm, where she led sales strategy and revenue growth initiatives across multiple markets. Before Curate, she held several leadership positions with Alto-Shaam, including vice president of global sales enablement.
