Foodservice Equipment Brokers Foodservice Equipment Brokers (FEB) announced the promotion of Michael Johnson to director of operations and supply chain.
Johnson joined the
Arizona-based distributor in May 2025 as a purchasing manager. Previously, he worked as a parts manager for Medley Equipment Co. and a warehouse manager for a plumbing company. In his new role, he will oversee FEB’s end-to-end operations and supply chain strategy with a focus on inventory control, system integrity, and cross- functional alignment between purchasing, warehouse, accounting, and sales. “Michael’s leadership, dedication, and commitment to excellence have made a tremendous impact on our team and operations,” FEB said. “We’re excited to see him take on this expanded role and help lead FEB into its next chapter of growth.”

In his new role, Rigney will support Hoshizaki America’s Strategic Segments team and help strengthen relationships within the consultant and design community across the Eastern United States. “I’ve known Matt for a long time and have worked alongside him previously, and I’ve always respected his professionalism and how he works with customers and partners,” said Steve Wright, senior director of Strategic Segments at Hoshizaki America. “We are excited to welcome him to the team.”
