Atlantic Culinary Environments Atlantic Culinary Environments, a distributor based in Pennsylvania, announced two additions to its team.
Dakota Jarrett joined the company as a project manager. In his new role, the company said Jarrett will help keep projects moving smoothly from concept to completion.
Also joining the distributor as food and beverage designer is Lindsey Reinhart. Previously, she was the marketing coordinator for the Birchwood Racquet Club. Atlantic Culinary Environments said Reinhart brings a fresh, creative eye to designing spaces where great food and beverage experiences come to life.
Electrolux Professional Group Electrolux Professional Group has promoted Alex Edwards to vice president of sales for North America. In this role, Edwards will lead the company’s chain and general market sales organizations, driving strategic growth and strengthening customer relationships across the region.

The company said Edwards’ broad experience and strong relationships with dealers, manufacturers’ representatives, and key industry stakeholders have contributed signifi cantly to its success.
Flexeserve
Flexeserve has announced two staff additions, with Lucky Spears joining as head of culinary for the Americas and Meagan Crouch joining as operations coordinator. Based at Flexeserve’s U.S. headquarters and Culinary Support Center in Southlake, Texas, Spears will work with foodservice operators, distributors, and manufacturers’ representatives to support hot food programs across the region. He will help operators develop and refi ne grab-and-go programs, with a focus on cooking methods, packaging, merchandising,
and operational effi ciency. “My passion for food started in childhood,” Spears said. “I grew up helping pick ingredients in my grandmother’s garden and volunteering in kitchens from the age of 12. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to work across all areas of the foodservice industry to gain as much experience as possible.” Spears brings experience
in restaurants, hotels, private education, and senior living foodservice operations. “Our goal is to provide a world-class experience for every customer, and Lucky’s expertise will play a major role in helping operators achieve excellence in their hot food programs,” said Dave Hinton, president of Flexeserve. In her new role, Crouch
will coordinate administrative and operational activities, including scheduling meetings and arranging travel, and serve as a primary point of contact for visitors to Flexeserve’s Southlake headquarters. Food Service Holdings Food Service Holdings and its fl agship brand, BSI, LLC, have announced two leadership appointments. Brian King has been appointed COO of Food Service Holdings and BSI, while Mandi Vessey has been promoted to director of business development at BSI. King brings nearly 30 years of experience across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, and business integration to the FEDA manufacturer member company. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of operations for MicroCare, where he managed facilities in the United States, United Kingdom, Belgium, and Singapore. Over the course of his career, King has led multiple acquisitions, facility expansions, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, and operational turnarounds. In his new role, King will
lead BSI’s manufacturing, project management, estimating, purchasing, and engineering departments. In addition, he will oversee operations at BSI’s stone fabricator, Colorado Custom Stone.
