Singer Equipment Company
Singer Equipment Company has promoted Nicholas Gatto to director of sales, Mid- Atlantic.
In his new role, Gatto will
be responsible for overseeing distribution sales management across the New York Metro market, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington D.C.

Gatto has gained a wealth of operational and management experience as Singer’s district sales manager for Philadelphia Metro and Delaware. Before joining Singer in 2021, he had worked in multi-unit restaurant management for many years, building experience in process creation and working with diverse teams. His expertise in aligning teams and processes will be a tremendous asset as Singer Equipment Company continues to grow as an organization, the company said.

Industry veteran Mark Fogarty has rejoined Thermo-Kool as executive vice president and national sales manager. With more than 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry, Fogarty will help lead Thermo-Kool to achieve its mission to be the premier manufacturer and service provider of walk-ins and blast chillers/shock freezers, the company said. TriMark USA TriMark USA has promoted Sophia Rosillo to vice president of national accounts-smallwares. Rosillo joined TriMark in
March 2022 as director of category growth. She has extensive experience in the foodservice and foodservice equipment industry, having spent nearly 12 years at Edward Don & Co. and working in supply chain roles at Bloomin’ Brands and Brinker International.
Winholt
Winholt has hired Alex Ramos as its new territory sales manager for Florida. Ramos will oversee Winholt’s sales strategy in the state and will be responsible for driving sales growth and

developing winning strategies for foodservice and retail equipment.
Ramos began his career in sales with Chefs’ Warehouse and most recently was the regional sales manager for Unox, where he covered the South Florida and Caribbean regions. In this position, he used his expertise as a chef to give personalized demonstrations to dealers and end users, Winholt said. His role also allowed him to bring innovative time and labor solutions to clients, such as creating customized programs to increase effi ciency and consistency. Additionally, the manufacturer expanded its marketing team by hiring Dawn Carlson as product manager. In this role, Carlson will be responsible for developing product line strategies, including pricing, position, rationalization and new product development. Carlson previously worked for Star Holding Group, a Middleby company. Her skill set includes fostering cross-functional collaboration across different business departments, a keen aptitude for analyzing market dynamics, and developing customized strategies to meet customer demands and the competitive landscape.
