Prior to joining RATIONAL in a full- time role, Morgan worked as a private chef for ChefGurl PCS and was a RATIONAL certifi ed chef freelancer. She will report to Haberstroh and support the team’s Southeast territory. Benjamin Callahan joined the company as corporate chef, iVario. Before taking on a full-time role with the manufacturer, Callahan worked as an executive chef at Hilton Palacio Del Rio and was a RATIONAL certifi ed chef freelancer. He will report to Haberstroh and support the team’s South territory. Finally, Robert Clifford joined RATIONAL as


corporate chef, key accounts. Clifford was previously with True Food Kitchen as the executive chef. He will be reporting to Joel Elliott, national corporate chef, key accounts.


Refrigerated Solutions Group Andrew Carroll has joined Refrigerated Solutions Group (RSG) as vice president of marketing. Carroll previously served


as chief revenue offi cer for International Lighting. He brings extensive foodservice equipment and supplies distribution experience to his new role, having spent eight years at Central Restaurant Products, including time as the dealer’s vice president of e-commerce. During his time at Central, Carroll acted in multiple roles focused on product strategy and drove key marketing initiatives. He also assisted in the merger with Hubert, resulting in the combined TAKKT Foodservices organization. Carroll is the latest addition


to RSG’s leadership team and will focus on driving digital marketing effectiveness and collaborating with sales leaders to enhance RSG’s market leadership. “I am incredibly excited to join the RSG team,” Carroll said. “Having spent so much time on the dealer side working with both DSRs (distributor sales representatives) and on the web, it is clear why RSG is the partner of choice in refrigeration solutions. Industry veteran George Campise has joined RSG as the regional sales director for the Northeast region. Meanwhile, Brian Kadel was elevated to vice president of dealer sales and Robert Watson was chosen to lead the Southeast region sales team.

from Enofrigo, where he managed the company’s independent rep groups and worked with consultants, dealers, chain accounts and end-users as director of sales. Before Enofrigo, he was the director of sales for FETCO and the national sales director at Unifi ed Brands. “I am thrilled to have
