BRANDON HOUSE Alto-Shaam


Alto-Shaam announced a series of appointments intended to enhance to its commercial team.


Brandon House joins the manufacturer’s domestic sales team as its new regional sales manager. House will tap into his experience within the food industry, having previously worked for brands such as PepsiCo and Sysco, to cultivate new and existing relationships in support of Alto-Shaam’s dealer partners, representatives and consultants.


Joining Alto-Shaam’s chain team is Brian Egan, the new business development manager of key accounts. With previous experience as a district sales manager, Egan will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing operator relationships. He will also work cross-functionally with the service and product development teams to continue to support and develop solutions for customers.


Additionally, Alto-Shaam named James Colclasure as its new inside sales development specialist. A recent graduate of Washington State University, Colclasure joins the company with previous experience in sales as an

intern at Coca-Cola. Within his new role, Colclasure will be responsible for proactive sales generation and will act as a liaison between customers and the service team. “As we continue to grow and invest in different facets of the team, from regional to national, these new appointments will continue to elevate our partnerships and support,” Alto-Shaam President Lucy McQuillan said. “I am thrilled to have the best of the best joining our team!”


Atosa


Atosa USA has bolstered its sales team with the hiring of Craig Carrier as regional sales manager for New England. Carrier has extensive experience in the foodservice industry, having worked as both an executive chef and a sales representative and district manager at Edward Don & Co. Most recently, he served as the territory manager for the Southeast region at Aladdin Temp-Rite, a manufacturer of meal delivery systems, carts and heating and refrigeration equipment for healthcare facilities.

Flexeserve


Experienced sales executive Conrad Randell has joined Flexeserve as the sales manager for the United States and Canada.


Randell will be responsible for all non-retail foodservice sectors throughout the United States and Canada for the FEDA manufacturer member, including c-stores, quick service restaurants, express grab- and-go, colleges, stadiums, workplaces, and more. The role will include leading brand presentations and equipment demonstrations and working with Flexeserve’s team of in-house hot food experts to provide constant support throughout the sales process. “I’m really excited to be joining Flexeserve at such a pivotal time for the company’s growth across North America,” Randell said. “Flexeserve expands the realm of what’s possible in the world of grab-and-go, and I can’t wait to introduce customers to the incredible


benefi ts of our world-leading equipment and expertise.” Randell’s global sales experience includes past roles with HM Electronics, Taylor Company and Frozen Beverage Dispensers. “Conrad is an excellent addition to our team and we’re thrilled to have him on board,” Flexeserve President Dave Hinton said. “With his sales and project management experience across technical products and services, he’ll be an invaluable asset to Flexeserve moving forward.” Elsewhere, the manufacturer hired John-Paul Felix as head of culinary. In his new role, Felix will be


responsible for all aspects of food development, bringing fresh ideas to life for new menus, food testing and packaging. He will also help retailers and foodservice operators implement hot- holding solutions and identify ways to serve a wider variety of hot food. Before joining Flexeserve, Felix worked as a retail development chef for YO! Sushi and played a key role in creating the brand’s hot food-to-go program. Additionally, he was the head chef at Legoland, where he led cross-functional teams
