IRI recognizes 16 new Investor Relations Charter (IRC)® holders who earned their IRC credentials
Te IRC continues to be the main route
for investor relations professionals to dem- onstrate their knowledge and skills. Te IRC certification attests (1) to an IR pro- fessional’s fundamental knowledge and comprehension of the core tenets of investor relations and (2) to verify the professional’s ability to apply the underlying principles and synthesize the strategic concepts re- lated to the practice of investor relations. Exams are offered online and on de-
mand. Appointments are also available year-round in the United States and around the globe. Some IRC credential-holders shared
positive reviews about earning the IRC. “Te Investor Relations Charter (IRC) is a unique distinction that demonstrates the individual has the necessary foundation and competent skills to run an effective investor relations program,” says Aly Bonilla, IRC, Vice President, Investor Relations, BlackSky Technology Inc. “My IRC credential has helped distinguish me apart from other
investor relation professionals when seeking employment. In addition, it has validated my knowledge and experience working in the IR field to those whom I work closely with, such as management teams and the board of directors. I am happy that this credential is offered by NIRI and believe it has elevated the role of IR officers and of the overall industry.” “Achieving the IRC certification has opened doors to leadership opportunities that may not have been there otherwise,” says Bryan Dunn, IRC, CPA, Executive Di- rector, Head of Investor Relations, Insmed Incorporated. “Almost immediately after receiving the credential, I suddenly found myself being invited to join industry work- ing groups and committees alongside some of the most experienced and capable IR professionals in the world.” For more information about the IRC
