Poleg: I am fortunate to have a very supportive wife and family who allow me to integrate my work into our lives, in all hours of the day, and in all situations. While family is always a top prior- ity, when you are building a company, there are times when the business needs to come first. What helps is having the flexibility to “disconnect” from family when necessary, focus completely on work, and then return to family life once my work is done.

IRU: What aspect of investor relations do you find the most valuable? Poleg: Te most valuable aspect of investor relations is having someone within the company who truly understands the inves- tor mindset. Tis person must think like an investor, stay attuned to market trends, and anticipate key concerns. Tis insight keeps management informed about what’s driving our stock performance. It’s about creating alignment, fostering transparency, and building trust, all of which are critical to maintaining investor confidence.

IRU: How can IR add the most value to your leadership team? Poleg: IR brings immense value to the leadership team by offering honest, objective, and proactive communication. In many ways, IR acts like an internal sell-side analyst, providing a balanced view of both our strengths and the challenges we face. Tis helps us make more informed decisions and strategically plan for the future.

Tis is particularly crucial for us because many of our real estate agents are also shareholders. Despite a 30% decline in the existing home sales market over the past three years, we stayed true to our strategy and focused on delivering the industry’s most compelling value proposition. As a result, our quarterly revenues have grown nearly 15x during this period. Te journey hasn’t been easy; there were definitely quarters where it was frustrating to see our efforts go unrecognized by investors and to experience a lack of meaningful engagement. But with consistent messaging and performance, we’ve gradually built our credibility. As the saying goes, “In the short term, the market is a voting machine, but in the long term, it’s a weighing machine.” Our

IRU: If you weren’t CEO, what would you be doing? Poleg: My dream is to become a fisherman or a teacher.

IRU: Where is your happy place? Poleg: Te ocean. I always tell my wife that I feel more comfortable in the water than I do on the ground. IR
