IRU: What is the most meaningful or memorable experience you’ve had in your career and why? Poleg: I’ve had a lot of great moments in my career and all of them involve outstanding people I had a chance to meet or work alongside. One special mo- ment was having my parents stand on the podium at Nasdaq when we rang the bell. We owe everything to our parents and that was a very special and emotional moment for me.

IRU: How do you handle failures or setbacks, and what lessons have you learned from those experi- ences? Poleg: Failures are a part of life and business, and I had my share of failures. Being an entrepreneur means that you fail many times throughout the jour- ney and what I learned is that as long as you are in the game, you have a chance to win. Living in peace with failures is important because success could be around the corner, so keep on pushing.

IRU: What advice would you give someone who is just starting out their career? Poleg: Always do the right thing, do right by people and remember that there are no shortcuts to success.

IRU: How do you balance the competing demands of your personal and professional life?
