MEET OUR NEW KVMA REPRESENTATIVES (CONT.)

Cathryn Williams, DVM – Jackson Purchase Representative Cathryn Williams grew up in Southeast Missouri. Her passion for animals de- veloped early, nurtured by her family’s hobby farm, where she cared for dogs, cats, horses, and cows. She pursued higher education at Missouri University of Science and Technology and later attended the University of Missouri Col- lege of Veterinary Medicine. Graduating from MU-CVM, she honed her focus on preventative medicine, senior pet care, and client education during her time at the veterinary med- icine program. Dr. Williams is dedicated to helping pet owners ensure the health and happiness of their furry companions for many years. She values building relationships with clients and caring for their pets throughout vari- ous life stages. In 2015, Dr. Williams married her husband Cameron, and they moved to Overland Park, Kansas, practicing in the KC Metro until 2019. During their time in Kansas City, they welcomed their daughter Decker in 2018. After re- locating to Princeton, Kentucky, in 2019, their son Deacon joined the family. Teir four pets include Harlie, a Beagle/Jack Russell mix, Remi Rue, a Min- iature Australian Shepherd, KC, a shy foster failure cat, and Pumpkin, the orange kitty who recently found her way to the Williams household. Since 2020, Dr. Williams has been part of the Lone Oak Animal Clinic team in Paducah, KY. She appreciates the clinic’s collaborative environment, fami- ly-like atmosphere, and the diverse and interesting cases that a walk-in prac- tice brings. Outside of work, Dr. Williams enjoys family time, volunteering with children in her church, and coaching little league basketball. 
