Hilary Bublitz, CMCA, AMS, is the Association Director for Mill Creek Community Association, a 3500+ door community association in Mill Creek, WA. Hilary is a member of the WSCAI Legislative Action Committee and is passionate about making all community associations the best places to live in Washington state.
Sandy Cobb, CMCA, has been the Onsite Director for the Redmond Ridge ROA since 2012. When Sandy is not working, she enjoys spending time with her 4 granddaughters and is also a foster parent to two little girls. Sandy uses her little bit of spare time to sleep…
Christian Colunga, RS, is a thirteen-year Senior Reserve Specialist with Association Reserves – Washington and has completed well over 3,000 Reserve Studies globally. In addition to being a Specialist in-practice, Christian has helped formulate critical policies in the industry that are practiced every day. Christian is a member of the WSCAI Communications Committee and is passionate about serving community associations in Washington state.
Michelle Ein, Esq. has devoted her legal career to helping condominium and homeowner association boards solve problems and keep the peace. With nearly two decades of experience serving as general counsel to clients across Washington state, Michelle is also among the first cohort to complete WSCAI’s basic mediation training program. She looks forward to helping community association members and boards resolve disputes using this efficient, relationship-preserving technique.
Tim Feth, Esq. is an associate attorney at Rafel Law Group PLLC, which focuses on advising and representing Homeowner and Condominium Owner Associations. He earned his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Central Washington University summa cum laude, and his law degree from the University of Washington with honors. During law school he worked on whistle-blower cases for the nonprofit Hanford Challenge, and mediated cases in King County’s small claims court.
Ken Harer, CCAL, is Condo Law’s managing partner. His practice, formed in 2000, provides assistance on all types of legal matters for condominium and homeowners associations. He offers legal assistance with contracts, construction disputes, and warranties related to the Washington Condominium Act and general legal advice on interpretation, enforcement, and modification of governing documents. Ken is an active WSCAI volunteer and event speaker.
Chellore Knudtson, CMCA, AMS, is a Senior Community Association Manager with Trestle Community Management. With 9 years in the industry, Chellore brings a high-level of professionalism, knowledge, and execution. Her experience helps communities to smoothly overcome issues and get them to a steady state of operation. Outside of managing communities, Chellore enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Karen McDonald, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, RS, is a President & Founder of Accurate Reserve Professionals, LLC. A former association manager, 2020 marks Karen’s 20th year in the community association industry where she now helps bridge the gap between associations and their reserve studies. Karen is a Past President for the WSCAI Chapter and serves as liaison to the Membership and the Market Expansion Committees. Outside of the office, she enjoys gardening and traveling.
Terry Leahy, CCAL, was a founder of Peryea Silver Taylor and remains Of Counsel to the Firm. He is the Chapter’s longest tenured CCAL and has served the Chapter in various capacities dating back to last century. His new venture – Leahy Legal Consulting PLLC – is like an App Store for boards seeking to update their governing documents.
Nancy Post is a Community Association Manager whom manages a portfolio that includes both Condominium Associations and Single Family Home Associations. She has been in the industry for over 10 years and has been involved with both incoming and outgoing transitions from one professional management company to another.
