How to survive...

Work every day like you are trying to do better than you did yesterday. Today is just practice for tomorrow.

Grandma

Gerry’s Punch Karen McDonald, 2019 President

This recipe for punch was passed down from my grandma. It was served at just about every baby shower and birthday party I can remember as a kid, when it was popular to hold formal baby showers with all of the ladies dressed up in their Sunday best.

Ingredients:

• 2 cans frozen orange juice • 2 cans frozen yellow lemonade • 8 cans cold water • 2 cups grenadine • Juice from 3 lemons (bottled lemon juice works too) • 3 quarts chilled ginger ale

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. For an extra festive look, freeze fruit into ice molds (Grandma used a Jello mold container) and place into the punch.

Words of Wisdom:

It’s been a privilege to have been, and to continue to be, involved within WSCAI. Our industry is unique and it is great to see so many managers, business partners and community association volunteer leaders working together to better the communities they serve. The networking and educational opportunities offered by the Chapter are second to none and our Chapter staff is top notch!
