I attended an evening class presented by CAI on Finances & Reserve Studies. As I am not an accountant or fi nancial practicing professional, this short guide was a very good experience for me. The basics were
covered, including terminology, and it was very much in line with the details of the Reserves in our HOA. I would recommend this class highly to increase the understanding of Reserves for any HOA board member.
