RISING STAR

Rising Star Awards recognize individuals who serve on a CAI Committee and have consistently made positive contributions. These volunteers have less than 5 years’ experience on the committee and exhibit leadership potential.

Jennifer Bratzel Phoenix Rising Management Group, Ltd.

Jennifer has served on multiple CAI committees and now holds a Co-Chair with the Conference & Legal Forum Education Committee. She has for many years given unconditionally to both events and it was an easy decision to elect her as the co-chair when the position became available. Her ideas, openness and willingness to nurture a new committee and help CAI to grow in niche programs has been invaluable. She has jumped right in to learn the processes that were already in place and has helped to streamline them even more. She attends many local CAI events as well as CAI National…and learns from the National classes to help our chapter and programs grow. She recently earned her PCAM and continues to grow within our industry professionally making her name well known and respected. We are a better organization with Jennifer’s involvement and input.

She organized speakers to ensure they were prepared for the 2015 Conference & Expo and also monitored the session. She has jumped right into both Legal Forums in 2015 and made sure the attorneys were all meeting their deadlines and getting their requirements met to make both Legal Forums a success.
