ISI UNIVERSITY Adam Naylor spoke on “Sustaining a

Rewarding Rink Culture,” which enabled listeners to gain insight into developing environments where all stakeholders can thrive.

ISI University, also offered online,

will continue to bring its professional and educational certification courses to ice arena conferences throughout the country, including the 2018 NEISMA conference in Lake Placid.

The program is divided into five

tracks — Certified Arena Programmer, Certified Arena Manager, Certified Arena Operator, Certified Skating Director and Advanced Certified Skating Director — to provide education to a diverse group of ice arena professionals. Tey provide students the technical education and confidence to successfully face real- world challenges encountered in the ice arena environment. Te skills learned make graduates more valuable to their

facilities, which ultimately provides a competitive advantage to the organization through heightened service, increased productivity and lower operating costs.
