all reveneue generated by membership fees etc. are to be utilized for the education, training and promotion of the member breeders who wish to breed the South African Boer Goat breeds. • The Alliance will adhere to the constitution of the South African

Boer Goat Breeders Association as it would apply to the Boer goat breeds, the breed standards and selection and classification of the Boer, Savanna, and Kalahari Red goats in the U.S. • The Alliance will promote the South African Boer Goat Breeds

and its breeders within the United States through education, shows, sales events and other methods in the United States. • All members of the Alliance will have their goats selected for placement in the Stud Book of South Africa in accordance with crite- ria and methods as would occur in South Africa following the As- sociations Breed Standards. • The Alliance is established as an inclusive entity to promote the Boer Goat Breeds regardless of a breeder’s membership in other entities. The Alliance will work in conjunction with inclusive organ- izations in order to promote the Boer Goat Breeds. The Alliance will not participate with any organization that is exclusive. • The Alliance is responsible for scheduling Judges to inspect

herds in the US for entry to the Studbook of South Africa. • The Alliance will coordinate with the Association scheduled training for courses to be completed in the U.S. to provide a cadre of Association approved Judges residing in the U.S. • The Alliance is established to function in conjunction with the organizations in the United States.
