“I believe energy, engagement, and activity are the keys to success in an organization like CAI. The Keystone Chapter has great leadership and provides plenty of opportunities to be active and make a difference. Relationships are important. When we focus on growth at every level and work together the camaraderie develops and culture builds. Our awards recognize excellence across all member types and in priority areas such as education.”

Excellence in Education Award Winner – Stefan Richter, Esq., CCAL, EBP – Clemons Richter & Reiss, P.C. - “I received the Excellence in Education award and am very honored to have been recognized. Even in virtual format, the ceremony was personal and highlighted each of the recipient’s accomplishments.”

Chapter Rookie of the Year Winner – Megan Elgard, The Falcon Group Engineers, Architects & Reserve Study Specialists - “I think that the award categories were great! I think that they each covered a different group of people in the industry for each one. From someone who was just starting out in the department (like myself with the rookie of the year award), to maybe someone that has been a part of CAI in the Community Leadership Award, it gave everyone a chance to be recognized.”

The Awards Committee encourages everyone to step up and nominate someone for the award you feel he or she is eligible for. Please visit the Keystone CAI ’s website at: https://www.cai-padelval.org/engage/cai-awards/ to review and nominate your fellow members for their outstanding achievements today! Hope to see you at the Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony this December 1, 2021!

I guess the question is, who will you nominate this year?
