Arvest Bank in Springfield named Ryan Mooney vice president of economic development commercial banking. He is responsible for implementing and using a company growth and success-focused approach to commercial banking relationships, as well as using Arvest products and services to help clients successfully plan their commercial real estate projects. Mooney has more than two decades of economic development

Branson Bank promoted Katie Hodges to chief operations officer. As COO, she leads the operations department, in addition to the compliance, accounting/ finance and customer service resource center departments. She joined the bank in 2017 as vice president of commercial lending. Jamie Hunt was promoted to human resource officer and oversees all internal human relations activities. She joined the bank in 2008 and has served in several roles throughout her 14 years with the bank. Eric Simkins was named vice president of commercial lending. He first
joined the bank in 2002 and served as a lender for three years before venturing into self-employment in 2005. Nearly 16 years later, he has rejoined the bank to oversee commercial lending. Te bank promoted Natasha Clough to branch operations officer. She has been with the bank for five years and has more than 19 years of retail banking experience.

G. Addam Fera joined Blue Ridge Bank and Trust Company in Independence as assistant vice president and trust officer in its trust and wealth management division. For 20 years, Fera was an attorney in private practice, with a focus on consumer bankruptcy and
probate. Nicole Putnam was named assistant vice president and branch manager of the facility at 6202 Raytown Trafficway in Raytown. She has eight years of experience in the financial services industry.

Ken Theroff was named president of Central Bank. Teroff, who previously served as Jefferson Bank president and CEO for nearly 10 years, began his banking career at Central Bank more than 20 years ago. Brandy Bryant becomes the fourth president and CEO of Jefferson
Bank. She has 23 years of banking experience, serving in a leadership role at Jefferson Bank for the last 20 years. Bryant is the first woman to lead a bank in the Jefferson City community.

Two new staff members have joined the mortgage department at Central Bank in Springfield. Matthew Graham, vice president/ mortgage loan officer, has more than 10 years of lending experience. Gwen Morris, mortgage loan officer, has more than 15 years of financial experience with Central Bank, most recently bank manager in north Kansas. Te bank promoted Nicole Miller to mortgage loan officer. She has more than six years of mortgage loan experience and was most recently a HELOC specialist. banking center manager of the Blackman Road banking facility. She most recently served as the facility’s assistant branch manager and has more than eight years of banking experience.
