This report is presented to help churches gain a better understanding of the purpose of CEM, to identify ministry offerings, and to encour- age our continued support for this vital denominational ministry. As stated in the 2019 Minutes of Synod, CEM’s purpose is to “initiate, develop, promote, coordinate, and evalu-

• Leadership training is available for teachers, leaders, staff, elders, deacons, church treasurers and others in all churches and presbyteries. Discipleship seminars have been held in several presbyteries. In recent years training webinars have been made available on a variety of topics. • Our bookstore provides Bibles, Bible Studies, books and resources which have been recommended, examined by a subcommittee, and approved by the whole board. These materials can be ordered and are available at The ARP Center, Synod and the Family Bible Conference. Print publications include our Form of Government and The Adult Quarterly. (arpbookstore.com) • Synod-wide camps and conferences including Horizon, Quest, Camp Joy (10 weeks/5 states), the Appalachia Mission, and the Family Bible Conference are planned and coordinated.

These opportunities are

offered to all upon request. I found that CEM is using resources wisely while working for the spiritual health and well being of all church members. I strongly encourage continued support of this vital ministry as we work together to bring Christ to the world.
