ARP HISTORIANS: A COMPUTER FORM IS ON OUR ARP WEBSITE TO HELP YOU WRITE YOUR ANNUAL HISTORY MORE EASILY!
By Sue Brogi A
s your WM Historian, I would like to make the process of writing your women’s ministry and church annual history as “easy” and convenient as possible so that we can hear from ALL our churches EVERY year, whether big or small!
Here’s what we’ve done to make this idea (inspired by a group of ladies from Catawba) a reality for our denomination. I’m pleased to announce that we have put a WORD document on the
ARPWM.ORG website
that you can download to your computer. You can fill in YOUR answers to the basic questions asked, edit it, change things as your year progresses; then print your finished version onto ACID FREE paper and mail two copies (keeping a third at your church) to your Presbyterial Historian or if lacking one of those ladies; mail your two copies directly to me: WM Historian, Sue Brogi,
112 Kenwood Drive, Hendersonville, NC 28739. HERE IS HOW TO FIND THE HISTORY FORM ON THE
ARPWM.ORG WEB-
SITE: Te new word document entitled “ARPWM Annual History Template” can be found at
ARPWM.ORG/officer/historian. (Or click “Historian” under the Officers tab on the HOME
page of the ARP Women’s Ministry website.) I just want to say, that I could not have completed this task on my own; I had amazing help from three ARP ladies - two from my church and one from the Women’s Ministry Board proving as it says in Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 “Two are better than one, because they have a good
reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion…And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.” So, Historians, please check out the new document on the website and don’t hesitate to let me know how you find it and if you have any suggestions to make it even better.
ARP Women’s Ministries 2022 calendars “Jesus is the Rea- son for all of the Seasons!”
are on sale for $15.00. Calendars feature a church from each Presby- tery. Proceeds will go to the Synodical during Family Bible Conference and through your Presbytery Women’s Ministries President.
