Justin Favreau, DC serves as the Head Clinician at ScoliCare Seattle. He earned his degree from Life Chiropractic College West in 2005, and possesses significant expertise in the treatment of scoliosis and hyperkyphosis across diverse age groups. Holding an Advanced
Certification in Chiropractic BioPhysics, he has operated a chiropractic practice in Seattle, WA since 2007. In 2018, he obtained ScoliBrace Provider certification, followed by Advanced ScoliBalance Provider certification in 2022, subsequently transforming his practice into a specialized ScoliCare clinic in 2025. In this issue, he provides a preview to his conference presentation, “Scoliosis Red Flags” at WSCA Connect ’25 in October.
David Folweiler, DC gives us a preview of “Work Comp 101”, which he will present with his colleagues at WSCA Connect ’25. Dr. Folweiler has provided chiropractic care for residents of the Pacific Northwest since 1994. He holds a diplomate in rehabilitation. He is the current
chair of the Industrial Insurance Chiropractic Advisory Committee and the Advisory Committee on Healthcare and Innovation and Evaluation. He is an internal consultant with the Office of the Medical Director at Labor & Industries. He also serves on the Labor & Industries Provider Credentialing Committee. He is a member of the Chiropractic Quality Assurance Commission and has been a WSCA member since 1995.

It is the policy of the WSCA to produce publications for the following purposes: to keep the membership informed on issues of concern and current news; to improve communication and cooperation between members of the profession, and between the profession and the WSCA; to promote and advance the activities, goals and objectives of the WSCA; to provide a forum for input and exchange regarding the direction of healthcare and the chiropractic profession; and to provide a venue for promotion of the WSCA’s corporate membership while providing financial support to the WSCA.
Display Advertising Policy
It is the policy of the WSCA to extend display advertising opportunities in Plexus only to those companies and/or individuals who choose to affiliate with the WSCA as Corporate Partners. DCs who maintain outside business interests in addition to their chiropractic practice are invited to increase their involvement as Corporate Partners and thus enjoy the privilege of advertising their products in Plexus.
