DON’T OVERPAY FOR TOLLS ON YOUR TRIP

Why Some Condo Associations are Overpaying on their UTILITY CHARGES

By Hans Herrmann, President, Energy and Technology Solutions, LLC

UTILITY CHARGES for all accounts have risen sharply in recent years, and all indicators suggest they will continue climbing. Electricity demand is accelerating due to data centers, electric vehicles, and ongoing development, while new power-generation facilities are not being built at the pace needed to meet this demand. Yet many Associations unknowingly pay thousands of dollars more than is necessary, simply because utility bills go unreviewed and contracts go unmanaged.
