Mr. Haviland holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Prior to joining COMMUNITY ADVANTAGE, Mr. Haviland worked as a Vice President in the commercial loan area with a concentration in the association industry. He has over 11 years of experience in banking working with associations and is a past president of CAI-Illinois. He
