year’s conference which contributed to a sell-out exhibit hall. Carlo is reliable and always willing to help or lead new tasks and will be a valuable volunteer for years to come.

Kimberly Fivelson, CMCA, AMS works as a Community Association Manager for Rowell, Inc., AAMC. Kimberly has made a significant contribution to CAI-IL by her participation in the golf committee over the last three years, as well as volunteering for the Conference & Expo and at social events, participating in annual educational programs, and attending networking events. She commits herself to every task whole-heartedly. Kimberly is dedicated to achievement, and has personally proven to accomplish goals and target new paths. She recently stepped forward to Chair the golf committee when the position became vacant. She is knowledgeable on many subjects and has the capabilities to not only accomplish more, but to encourage others to do the same.

Megan Hart Gohsman is an attorney with Arnstein & Lehr and an active committee member. She served on the Program Committee and then moved to the Downtown Subcommittee. For a full year she sat on both committees and acted as a liaison between the two committees. Now that Downtown Programs is its own committee, Megan has taken on the responsibility as co-chair and is working very hard to develop programs and make CAI known in the city. She is dedicated and helps see the programs through from beginning to end. She meets deadlines, has been a great leader and helps direct the committee in the right direction.

Toni Ivanov works for CertaPro Painters and has been an active member of the Conference & Exposition Committee for a year and a half. She immediately stepped up to help with several projects including ordering of committee shirts, creating a picture slide show for the networking reception, and has also attended extra meetings to view halls whenever needed. She attends scheduled meetings and is always contributing ideas to improve the Conference & Exposition. Toni shows great potential for future leadership as a CAI volunteer.

Jerry McNamara joined the CAI Board of Directors in 2013 and has steadily become more and more involved in the chapter. During 2013 he also joined the Membership Committee. He provides insightful ideas from a homeowner’s perspective and helps guide the Membership Committee in their membership efforts. In 2014, Jerry became a member of the Executive Board for CAI by becoming Secretary. He participates in monthly Executive Board calls in addition to monthly Board meetings. This year, Jerry was elected as a CAVL representative to the Illinois Legislative Action Committee. Jerry is reliable, personable, and always willing to help make CAI a stronger organization.

 
