representing Midwestern University at Downers Grove, Illinois. Te Friendship Degree and Chapter Charter ceremony was held at Parker Restaurant on October 14, 2017. Te ceremony was hosted by the Supreme Chapter and the new chap- ter was presented with their charter. Many alumni were present to witness the event, including Charlie Arita Iota ’88, Howard Alstrom, Rho ’80, who is the Beta Omicron Advisor, Dean Nicholas Lambda ’86 (not pic- tured), who is also serving as Beta Omicron advisor, Keith Dickey Teta ’74, Peg Dickey, Anne-Lise Fink Iota ’94, Lee Jameson Lambda ’74, Loretta Jameson, Randy Parmlee Beta Mu ’90, Penni Yip Iota ’94, Susan Bordenave Tau ’88, Tom Smith Rho ’87, Sue Smith, Joe Unger Lambda ’85, and Sue Unger. Birth of a New Chapter I

Elsaeed, Patricia Radon, Nicolette Spencer, Christie Wright, Jaime Ruiz Jr., Rajan Patel, Shilpa Joshi, Jay Wick- ersham, Nihar Shah, Aaleeyah Alim, Francisco Enverga, Ramsey El Benni, Hannah Cho, and Ashley Lau who is currently serving as their president. Tese enthusiastic group of students were involved in Rush and brought with them 14 new initiates who were presented the Friendship degree along with the charter members. Te new initiates included Minhhuy Nguyen, Austin Le, Youngseob Kim, Mark Wang, Vincent Truong, Jun Lue Le (Jerry), Saarah Khan, Ted Hwang, Devki Patel, Ruhi Patel, Olivia Dubray, Maliha Khan, Marya Ijaz, and Marisa Chanin.
