n November 16, the Iota Chapter of Xi Psi Phi at the


University of California, San Fran- cisco had its annual Fall Quarter Initiation Dinner, featuring over 100 ZIPS members and guests.

he 2018 Fall semester at Omi- cron Chapter was certainly one


to remember! Earlier in the year, our beloved fraternity house (also known as the “ZIP House”) was hit with major flooding due to a burst pipe. Tis impacted not only the 10 dental students that call the ZIP house their home, but all ZIP-ers as the house is the venue of choice for many of our highly anticipated social events. Fortunately, the house was restored to its full glory with some exciting

Te dinner was a spectacular night filled with formal and friendly fun. To begin, attending alumni were formally recognized by the chapter and the ZIPS president gave her remarks. Afterward, attendees of the annual ZIPS Jamaica Mission Trip presented a video highlighting the event and spoke on their expe- rience, showcasing the fraternity’s commitment to dental service. were inducted into the ZIPS family, including 42 D1’s, 1 D2, 1 D3, 6 D4 and a USCF alumnus! Once officially a part of ZIPS, the highly anticipated “Big/Little” reveal occurred, form- ing lifelong mentorship and creating another branch in each family line. Te night concluded with laughs, photos, as the members of the Iota Chapter of Xi Psi Phi look forward to finishing up the quarter strong.
