Amy Atchison, CMCA, AMS, MBA, has been the Director of the Snoqualmie Ridge ROA, a diverse large-scale master planned community, since 2007. Amy holds an MBA from University of WA and an AMS and CMCA from CAI. She currently sits on the CAI Communication Committee and was recognized as the WA State Manager of the Year in 2013 and 2020.
Christian Colunga, RS, is Senior Project Manager for Association Reserves. He has completed well over 3,000 Reserve Studies and Capital Plans both domestically and internationally, helping guide some of the world’s largest hotel & resort brands, in addition to community associations, golf facilities, municipalities, worship centers and commercial facilities.
Linda Hanson has been a nonprofit consultant for over 30 years. She has served on her association board over seven years, currently as President. Linda has been on the WSCAI Board of Directors six years, currently President-Elect. Her experience with challenges and successes brings the homeowner perspective to all conversations.
Ann Ljunggren is new to the community association industry. Since April 2021, Ann has been part of the onsite team at the Snoqualmie Ridge ROA, currently holding the position of Communication Manager. She enjoys working with community partners, like the Snoqualmie Police Department, to educate and support Snoqualmie Ridge owners.
Mary Reiten, Esq., Senior Attorney at Peryea Silver Taylor, P.S., has significant experience representing community associations and their members, counseling them through disputes and, when needed, instituting litigation. Mary has been practicing law for over 20 years and is licensed in Washington, California, and Alaska (inactive).
Nathan Seney, RA, is an architect, the Existing Building Lead, a Senior Building Science Consultant, and Principal at Morrison Hershfield where he provides consulting to commercial, institutional, and multifamily building owners on the conditions of their buildings, strategies for repair, maintenance and enhancement.
David Silver, Esq., is a shareholder at Peryea Silver Taylor, P.S., who has represented community associations for 15 years. Dave is a frequent speaker and presenter on a wide range of community association legal topics at WSCAI events and seminars.
