Amy Atchison, CMCA, AMS, has been the Director of the Snoqualmie Ridge ROA, a diverse large-scale master planned community since 2007. Amy holds a MBA from the University of WA and an AMS and CMCA from CAI. She currently sits on the CAI Communication Committee and was recognized as the WA State Manager of the Year in 2013 and 2020.
Courtney Brown graduated Central Washington University with a degree in Recreation Management. He sold commercial playground equipment for 10 years for one of the largest manufactures in the county and has been a playground consultant since 2017. He has over 20 years of parks & recreation experience working for numerous municipalities and currently is supervisor for King County Parks and owner of Northwest Play Safe, LLC.
Sandy Cobb, CMCA, PCAM, has been the Onsite Director for the Redmond Ridge ROA since 2012. Sandy has been in association management for over 25 years and has earned the PCAM designation and CMCA through CAI. Sandy currently serves on the CAI Communication’s Committee.
Michael Davis has spent 22 years in risk management and quality assurance at the state and local levels including non-profit program management. After graduating from Seattle Pacific University with degrees in Psychology and Business he served as a volunteer crisis counselor and continues serving at-risk communities in his non-working hours. As Operations for Dimensional Building Consultants Michael coordinates projects for the engineering and architect team and serves the CAI community as a committee volunteer.
Ann Hart is a commercial insurance advisor with HUB International Northwest and specializes in community association and other real estate coverage. Her 20+ years of combined experience in insurance, community association management, real estate, senior housing, and rental management provides her with a unique foundation and understanding of the industry and how best to serve the associations she works with.
Lauren Olson, Esq., is an attorney at Barker Martin, P.S. on the general counsel team representing community associations. As general counsel, Lauren helps associations navigate a wide range of issues, including governance advice, owner conflicts, repair and capital improvement projects, and enforcement of governing documents.
Bennett Taylor, Esq., is an attorney shareholder with Peryea Silver Taylor, P.S., a law firm dedicated to creating clear and timely solutions for community associations so they can thrive. He counsels clients on a broad variety of legal issues pertaining to its governance and solvency. He currently lives in the Richmond Beach neighborhood of Shoreline with his wife Lindsay, their daughters Sloane and Emerson, and their cat Peanut. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his family, read and golf (even when it is raining).
Charlotte White is a Community Association Manager who also doubles as a Development Consultant on the New Development and Services Team at CWD Group, Inc. Charlotte’s development work includes managing the transition of ownership for luxury condominiums from the developer to the association, specializing in launching onsite operations.
