Matthew Anderson, CPA, is an audit manager at Newman CPA, and has worked exclusively with community associations since 2019, specializing in revenue recognition and audits of management transitions. He has his Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis on accounting and is a licensed certified public accountant.
Diana Carlson is a 20-year homeowner in Washington State where she has served on her HOA board of directors and also as board president. Her background as an educator, corporate manager and a principal in an investment firm gave her the skills she employs to efficiently run an HOA. She is deeply interested in well-kept, well-run communities and valuable professional resources like WSCAI that afford the needed information to develop and protect a community’s financial and physical assets.
Colleen Chesbrough, AVP, HOA Relationship Manager at Northwest Bank, has a BS in Business and Art from Portland State University. She was in the financial services industry for nearly a decade before becoming a commercial lender specializing in community association lending with Northwest Bank in 2019. She passed the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination (Series 65 Licensed) and worked as an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) also known as a “Fiduciary.” She is passionate about creating financial solutions that allow her to provide exceptional service.
Kevin Ducotey, AMS, PCAM, Director of Condominium Management, AAMC since 1996, has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry. Kevin has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Texas Tech University with an emphasis in Real Estate and Accounting. He served on WSCAI’s Communications Committee for 10 years, and authored numerous articles for WSCAI’s Community Associations Journal. He taught the CAI Budgeting class for three years.
Eric Lecky is the Chief Growth Officer at SageWater, North America’s leading pipe replacement contractor. SageWater is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, with offices nationwide. Over the past 30 years, they have replaced more than 35 million feet of pipe in over 100,000 occupied residential units.
Chanel Merritt, CMCA, has been in association management since 2008. She has been with the Redmond Ridge ROA for eight years and oversees communication, marketing, and events for the community as well as manages the Residential Modification Program.
Theresa Torgesen, Esq. is an experienced attorney who has been serving community associations as general counsel since 2007. Theresa served on the Washington Common Interest Ownership Act (WUCIOA) Drafting Committee for seven years and was the Co-Chair of the CAI Washington State Legislative Action Committee. She is a frequent presenter for educational seminars at the state and national level.
Zach Von Schneidau has over a decade of experience in the mechanical industry and has been working directly with building owners and managers during that time. When working with owners, Zach emphasizes how important educating customers is as well as understanding and resolving issues in the most efficient timeframe and on budget. In his spare time Zach is outdoors, on a bike, snowboard, or traveling with his long-term girlfriend and two dogs.
