APT is proud to announce that incumbent director Anne Stewart, PhD, RPT-S (VA) will begin serving a second three-year term on the APT Board of Directors. Joined by Dee Ray, PhD, LPC-S, RPT-S (TX) and Robert Jason Grant, EdD, LPC, NCC, CAS, RPT-S (MO), the three candidates all possess the essential leadership, play therapy expertise, and Policy Governance knowledge required to serve and uphold the collective interest of  the 2018 candidate slate, an election is not necessary. I am happy to report we have Anne Stewart back for a second term and welcome Dee Ray and Robert Jason Grant.” The Board is responsible for scanning and identifying change drivers in the mental health environment, adopting the Ends Policies that the organization will achieve, and assuring organizational performance in accordance with its policies.
