The CAI-OC Outreach Committee organizes a series of events that allow Chapter members and their guests to give back to the community. These events include working an assembly line at a food bank, business cloth- ing drives and beach clean-ups. Homeowners associations can also carry on this type of work by hosting their own events. Charitable events foster strong relationships and build a sense of community by allowing members to volunteer together.
